Yummy Chicken Mami



Why is the weather so frigorific nowadays? brrrr! Hubby and I came home late last night.We were both complaining about how cold the weather was! di na normal...

My hubby told me to change all our blankeys to thick ones.I was laughing at him last night when he asked me to prepare a warm bath because he's going to take a shower before he sleeps daw. I was teasing him "Kambing" because He looks really cold,as if it's really wintry,lol He even joked pa nga na He will go to work wearing coat and winter boots.

Hubby: hummy pkilabas yung coat and boots ko,bukas.(serious face)
Me: Yung totoo? wla ka ngang jacket eh..coat and boots pa. (may jacket naman wala lng boots. hahaha)

since my love was very cold last night,(well,We both we're) I decided to cooked chicken mami.....purrfect for a very cold night.

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 Chicken (chopped)
  • Water
  • Egg Noodles
  • Pepper
  • Fish Sauce
  • Chicken broth cube
  • Cabbage(Thinly sliced)
  • Carrots (thinly sliced)
  • Spring Onions
  • Egg(optional)
  • Garlic










How to cook:

  1. Saute garlic and onion,
  2. Add the chicken,Put some fish sauce and pepper to taste. Saute until cook.
  3. Put half liter of water and chicken broth cube 
  4. Allow to boil for a few minutes.
  5. Put the noodles and vegetables.
  6. Turn off the heat.Do not overcook the vegetables and noodles.
  7. Serve hot!
  8. Sprinkle some spring onions,egg and garlic on top.

We finished eating at around 2:00 in the morning coz' we were chatting while eating.I had a bowl full of yummy chicken mami while Hubby finished two bowls.

Don't worry we didn't sleep right away =) We were able to burn all the calories we intake just before we snooze...(wink wink)**,
