I was supposed to cook chopsuey for our lunch today but changed my mind the last minute. haha
so there, I thought of just cooking buttered veggies for a change.
What you'll need:
carrots
bell pepper
string beans
cabbage
butter
salt
pepper
Directions:
1.Blanch all the vegetables separately put in a bowl.
2.Toss some butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste
