Just like what I told you guys on my other recipe post I like meals that don't cost a lot of money,doesn't require a lot of ingredients and recipes that don't take a lot of time to make. I think most moms do, especially working moms like me, since we only have limited time and limited budget (that's me!). lols.
Anyways,This is my version of Fish with tausi.It's slightly different from the original recipe but I assure you mommies that this is just as yummy as the usual fish with tausi.
Ingredients:
- Milk fish cut on serving size (fried)
- Black beans, drained
- Ginger, julienne
- Garlic, minced
- 1 medium sized Onion, chopped
- 2 medium sized Tomatoes, chopped
- Salt and pepper.
Procedure:
- Fry the fish. Set aside.
- In a skillet,sautee ginger,garlic,onion and tomato.
- Add desired amount of black beans.
- Pour 1/2 cup of water and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Add in the fish and let it simmer for another 3 minutes.
