Spicy Chicken w/ Broccoli and Mushrooms


I was in a hurry so I cooked a quick and easy meal before I head out for work today. You'll gonna love it coz aside from being a quick and easy meal It's super healthy too.You can actually skip the gym when you eat this.lols...chos lng maybe when you skip the rice too.so try na mga teh...

Broccoli is one of my daughter's favorite vegetables.She can eat a small head of broccoli in one sitting.I always tell her to eat lots of veggies so she'll grow up smart and beautiful like mommy. choz! mukhang naniwala naman sya kaya more lafang sya lage ng broccoli.lolz

Broccoli is a good source of fiber,Folic acid and vitamins A,C and K.
Mushrooms are rich in vitamin B6 and protein.


Ingredients: 

  • 1/4 chicken breast fillet (seasoned with salt and white pepper)
  • 2 bunches of broccoli,(trim into bite size)
  • 1 small can of mushroom
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

       
 


   Directions:
  • Clean broccoli and trim into bite size.peel broccoli stalks and slice the soft part diagonally.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Saute garlic.Add chicken fillets.
  • Add in 1/2 cup of water.Let it simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Add in the mushroom and broccoli.
  • Add 2 tbsp of oyster sauce.Let it simmer for 1 minute.
  • Sprinkle some white pepper. (optional)





I love how it taste a bit spicy but still perfectly balanced.It's so quick noh? Do you know any quick and easy recipe? That's what I need kase nauubusan na ko ng recipes na ihahain sa aking pamilya,lols...Feel free to share.
