Buttered Potatoes and Fish Fillets


Ingredients:
  • Fish Fillet( cut into squares)
  • Baby potatoes
  • Butter
  • Garlic (minced)
  • White Pepper
  • Italian Herbs


Procedure:

Buttered Potatoes
  • Clean potatoes by scrubbing them.
  • Put potatoes in a pan,Add water and let them boil for 10 minutes or until they're half cook.Drain.
  • Heat saucepan in medium heat.Melt butter and cook the potatoes until golden brown.


Buttered Fillets
  • Cut the fillet into squares.Season with salt,pepper and paprika.
  • Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Saute garlic.Add Fillets.
  • Let it simmer until the fillets are cook.


*Serve buttered potatoes and fillets together then sprinkle some white pepper and Italian herbs.
                                  




Sorry I wasn't able to take step by step photos because I was cooking while attending to my daughter whose having tantrums that time.=)
