Are you someone who can do things on their own and are willing to take on responsibility? Do you work well on tasks without someone telling you what to do? Employers will generally have high expectations of you, and you'll have to figure things out on your own once you're teaching. Most ESL companies don't micromanage their teachers.e you will be working home-based. You should still act in a responsible and disciplined manner even if you don't have a boss watching over you.
Once you've acquired the skills, prepare your computer ,may be a desktop or a laptop, a headset web camera and a fast internet connection then go ahead and launch your ESL teacher career.
