Mediterranean Chicken Recipe

This is my tipid (thrifty) version of Chicken Mediterranean. Easy, fast and absolutely yummy! Here are the ingredients... 1 stick or 4 oz. of  butter 1 clove of garlic (crushed) Pimiento  4 medium size tomatoes 100 grams boneless skinless chicken breast fillets (seasoned with salt and pepper) mushroom  ground pepper and liquid seasoning Directions 1.  Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken and saute for about 5 minutes until it turns golden brown.set aside  2.  In another pan , Melt butter. Add garlic,tomatoes,  pimientos and mushroom. 3.  Return chicken to pan cook over low heat for another 2 minutes or until  chicken is cooked .Add mushroom and sprinkle some Knorr liquid seasoning to taste.(no need to add salt and pepper)

Couples Delight

    I'm not an expert to give you advice on marriage. I am not perfect,We,I and my husband aren't perfect.We have our ups and down. We fight.We argue,We forgive and fight again but we never give up on each other. What Music Should Our Children Listen To?

Hello dear mothers...I love hearing my daughter sing.She's really fond of singing,may it be Tagalog or English songs.Whenever she hears a song from a commercial,from her papa or nursery rhymes , She would definitely imitate it. but have you ever wondered what music should our children listen to? I read an article written by Laura Lewis Brown entitled..What music should my child listen to?here are some of the list..hope you'll enjoy and learn from them..   Start with Nursery Rhymes When Sophia was a baby ,She easily fell asleep whenever she heard nursery rhymes.I remember her as a happy baby. The first baby songs I introduced to her were the bible nursery rhymes that I bought on Booksale . (It's a book with a CD) which I eventually got to enjoy too. ha-ha there were times n mauuna pa ako matulog s kanya because the music was soothing and calming.... My Little Bundle of Joy...

I always thank God for giving me a wonderful husband and a very sweet daughter.... They're so precious to me. My daughter is such an amazing girl (I know..every mom would definitely say it to their child..haha!) .. very smart at her age.       Atheena Sophia    She's very talkative.She loves to share stories about her day. (She's a bit fluent.)  She says the  darnedest  things.." Hot water please, Pia take a bath"  or whenever she wakes up early and her grandparents are still upstairs, She would call them "lolay...lolo coffee na "  and so on...She knows how to count up to 20 and can sing the alphabet with phonics like "A is for apple..A-A-Apple.B is for ball.B-B-Ball.
