DIY: Halloween Costume (Jack O' Lantern)

I made this Halloween costume last year. She wore this on SM Southmall Halloween event last 2012.I can't find photos of her wearing this because I wasn't there,I wasn't able to attend that said event because I had a work then. This costume only cost me around two hundred pesos only. This is so easy to make.

What you'll need:

  • 2 yards of Orange Tulle
  • Garter
  • Felt paper (black and green)
  • Glitters (gold)

Easy Steps:

  • Measure you child's chest
  • Measure Tulle base on your desired length
  • Attach the ends of the garter and Sew.
  • Put the garter around a stool or chair
  • Tie the knot on the garter repeatedly until it becomes puffy

For the Jack o' Lantern Face:

  • Draw 2 leaves on green felt paper and cut them.
  • Draw 3 same length triangles on black felt and cut them
  • Draw the pumpkin mouth on black felt and cut it.
  • Put glue and glitters on all sides.
  • You can clip the felts or Use hot melt adhesive to attach them in place.

I'm still thinking of what I will make for this year's Halloween Event. If you have any suggestions feel free to comment below. Thanks!
