No bake:Oreo Overload Cheesecake

I made an Oreo Overload Cheesecake! for my hubby's birthday last Saturday.

What you'll need:

Crust

  • Graham Crackers (crushed into fine crumbs)
  • 1 stick Butter (melted)

Cheesecake filling

  • 1 brick of Cream cheese (softened)
  • Oreo (crushed to crumbs)
  • All Purpose Cream
  • Condensed Milk
  • Vanilla
  • Gelatin powder (Dissolved 10g of white gelatin into 2 tbsp of hot water mix until no lumps.)

Easy Steps:

  • Combine Oreo crumbs and melted butter for crust.
  • Press into the bottom of a loose pan.Set in the fridge for two hours.
  • Mix cream cheese ,All purpose cream, condensed milk, vanilla and gelatin together in a bowl until smooth.
  • Add Oreo crumbs and gently mix.
  • Pour the filling to the crust.
  • Top with Oreo cookies on the sides and Oreo crumbs in the middle.
  • Refrigerate for about 4-6 hours or until firm.

I love how it end up to be cheesy and creamy but not too sweet cheesecake. It's just how I wanted it to be.

It's indeed more practical to make than to buy.A regular cheesecake would cost 600+ but this one, only cost me around 350 pesos so I really saved a lot.The procedure was so easy plus the fact that it's no-bake pa.You really can't go wrong with this recipe. It's quick, tasty and budget friendly.
