Baking Soda for A Beautiful You!

A practical mom would always find ways to trim down  expenses.Are you a practical momma? Let's raise our hands up coz' we all are! We know ho to cut expenses  on our family bonding time,We know how to reduce  energy consumption and other Home expenses.
but how do we trim down grooming expenses?

We all agree that as a mom we also need some time for our self right?A time off from daily stress and all.A pamper time. 

Do you know that we don't need to spend lots of money on beautifying our self?We don't need to buy expensive beauty products anymore.all we need is L-O-V-E charot! Actually it's Baking Soda.

Today,I'm going to share some DIY's on how to radically cut beauty aids expenses using BAKING SODA.

SKIN
If you love to exfoliate just like me.You'll surely love this homemade baking soda scrub.Mix 3 part of baking soda to 1 part of water.

FACE:

• Gently rub it on your face in a circular motion.
• Rinse well.

BODY:

• Gently rub it over your skin before you take a bath.

Now,Let's slough off dead skin cells.=)

BODY
Need a relaxing bath?

• Add 1/2 cup of baking soda to your bath for a relaxing and refreshing soak.

HAIR
For a clean and smooth locks,To remove residue from styling products just:

• Sprinkle small amount of baking soda on your palm along with your fave shampoo.
•  Rinse well.

FEET
Need some foot spa? make it at home.

• Dissolve 3 tablespoon of baking soda in a basin of warm water.
• Soak Feet.
• Gently Scrub with Baking Soda paste.(3 part of baking soda and 1 part of water)

UNDERARMS
Baking Soda is also known for it's deodorizing effects.Do you know that inhaling chemicals from deo can cause allergies? so ditch your deo now and opt for a gentler and more effective way to get rid of body odor

• Dust Baking soda under arms as needed to freshen up all day.

MOUTH
Do you hate the sting when using Mouthwash?Switch to a sting free mouthwash.

• Put 1 teaspoon in a glass of water
• Gargle then Spit,Bye-bye Bad breathe.

TEETH
Teeth whitener need not to be that expensive.Oh I so love this.

• Mix it with your toothpaste anytime you brush.
• and Voila!! Hello Pearly White Teeth!

FACE MASK
Face Mask?No need to buy facial mask that will only break you out.Give Baking Soda a try.

• Use a food processor to grind 1 part baking soda,2 parts oatmeal and few drops of honey to make paste
• Leave it for ten minutes.
• Rinse well.

See?There are lots of Cheap and easy ways to beautify ourselves right?Now It's time to buy a box of Baking Soda!
