Chicken with Pickles

My hubby's aunt (Nanay Necy) taught me this recipe.Nanay Necy said that this recipe is a crowd pleaser. I often see this meal on my hubby's side "handaan". You can add this meal on your party menu like fiesta, birthday or baptism. She also said it's affordable and easy to cook so they always include it in their party menus. What you'll need: 1/4 chicken 1 clove of garlic (minced) 1 medium sized onion (sliced) 3 hotdogs(silced diagonally) 1 small jar of pickles 1 tbsp fish sauce a pinch of salt and pepper cooking oil 1 cup of water How to cook: Marinate the chicken with pickle juice and some pickles, cheese and hotdogs for an hour or overnight (whatever you prefer) In a large pan ,saute garlic and onion in a tbsp of oil. On Potty Training

photo source As far as I remember, My daughter started removing her diaper when she was 20 months old.At night, I continued to put her in diapers back then but she would always removed it on her own. I never bought a potty seat for her.I never thought of potty training her before.I don't know why.maybe because I didn't think it's necessary or maybe I thought that she'll eventually learn how to pee in the toilet. I just noticed that she kept on removing her diaper or she'd wear it but would'nt pee or poop on it,There where also times were she would woke up us in the middle of the night and would say "wee wee " or times where we would wake up with wet floor!  I don't know how she learned not to pee or wet our bed but we we're really impressed back then,We would praised her everytime she peed on the floor. I thought then that it's better to pee or poop on the floor or rug because it's much easier to clean but I was wrong, we...

Before our most talked about topic was Ssshhhh S**  but now we're very careful to talk about that since we are now mommies and we're afraid our children might hear every words we say.(children are very curious!)  Well,We still talked about the S thing last Saturday but we used becky words or sign language..(choz!) other terms.
